Training records system: courses, schedules, certificates and retraining
A training records system replaces the course spreadsheet and the paper sign-in sheet: courses are scheduled and employees enrolled in one place, sign-in sheets and certificates print from the schedule, and a report lists who is due to retrain, with those overdue marked. Try the Training demo on a fictional county's data, with no sign-up.
Courses and retraining periods
Each course is Active or Inactive and can carry a retrain period in months; only active courses are offered when scheduling.
Scheduling training
A schedule sets the course, its training dates with start and end times and its location, and its trainees, chosen from the employee records by name or employee ID; an employee already on the schedule is refused. The training calendar shows every training date by month, and prints.
Sign-in sheets and certificates
Each training date has a sign-in sheet. Certificates of completion print one per trainee, in one of three formats, with the training title, the training date, and the signatory's name and title.
Who is due to retrain
The Retrain Exception Report lists, for each employee and course with a retrain period, the employee's last completion and the date retraining is due, marks those overdue, and leaves out anyone already scheduled for a later session.
Who sees what
Access follows the user's role. The public demo opens as a training coordinator, who can use every page.
Each system includes an AI assistant that answers staff questions from that system's own records. It reads the data and never changes a record. It is not open in the no-sign-up demos: see it in a walk-through, or use it in a pilot.
